Zyklus Concept Inc. (owner of CycleHouse Philippines), and its affiliates (also collectively referred as “Zyklus”, “CycleHouse”, “Company”, “we”, “our” and “us”) established this Data Privacy Policy to show that we recognize and value your privacy rights. We are committed to respect and protect your personal data privacy as a visitor of this website and our social media accounts. We will keep secure and confidential any personal information and sensitive personal information ("Personal Data") you may provide us or that the Zyklus may collect from you, unless required to be disclosed by law, rules or regulations or with your authorization.

SCOPE

This Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy") describes the Personal Data that we collect via our Website (www.cyclehouseinternational.com) and social media accounts (Cycle House Philippines, cyclehousephilippines and CycleHouse Philippines, our Facebook, Instagram and Youtube accounts, respectively), how we collect, disclose, and process the Personal Data, and the means by which you can control, to a certain extent, these processes.

By interacting with us, submitting information to us, or signing up for any products or services offered by us, you agree and consent to Zyklus, as well as to our representatives and/or agents, collecting, using, disclosing, processing, and sharing amongst themselves your Personal Data, and disclosing such Personal Data to our authorized service provider/s and relevant third parties.

This Privacy Policy complements, and does not limit or replace, the purposes for which you provide Zyklus with your Personal Data which may be expressly given in any form for submission of Personal Data to Zyklus or as required under the law. 

Your use of this Website and social media accounts and our services, and any dispute over privacy are subject to this Privacy Policy, our Terms and Conditions/Site Disclaimer and Link Policy available from our homepage, and the Terms of Use and Disclosure as posted in our Facebook account, including any applicable limitations on damages and the resolution of disputes. Said Terms and Conditions and Terms of Use and Disclosure are incorporated by reference into this Privacy Policy. If at any time you choose not to accept the terms of this Privacy Policy, you should not use this Website and the social media accounts.

This Privacy Policy applies only in circumstances governed by the Data Privacy Act of 2012 ("DPA"). Zyklus may amend this Privacy Policy by posting the amended Privacy Policy on this site.

COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

When you use the Website, we collect Personal Data from you which may depend on your particular interaction with the Website and the services. When we require you to register through the Website to answer information sheet, register with Cycle House Academy, request seminar, training or workshop, inquire or provide feedback, or in order to contact us, we collect Personal Data from you such as your full name, address, contact number, mobile numbers, email address, date of birth, nationality, title or job title, work background, company and company address, existing business, investor type. Likewise, your interaction with us through social media may give rise to the collection by us of Personal Data such as your name, contact number, and email address, in order for us to respond to your inquiries or refer you to corporate activities. Any additional Personal Data that you may provide through your correspondence(s) with us in connection with your concerns shall also be considered and treated as Personal Data.

USE OF PERSONAL DATA

We use your Personal Data to provide you with products, services and to respond to your inquiries. We also use your Personal Data as follows:

• To process your application for franchising or joint venture and other incidental requests;

• For all other purposes necessary for orders, purchases, products, services and other incidental services pursuant to your transaction. To make your profile accessible to the network and partners of Zyklus wherein your profile will allow other registered users to communicate with you via the site’s messaging system.

If you connect to Cycle House using Facebook, Instagram and YouTube and other social media platforms, we may show your reviews, photos, videos that your Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and other social media platforms connections and friends have posted, shared, saved or purchased on Cycle House. Note that, if you have Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and other social media platforms connections and friends who are connected to Cycle House, they may also share information about you with us through Facebook, Instagram and YouTube. If you wish to prevent that sharing, please review your Facebook, Instagram and YouTube privacy settings.

You can also choose to access third-party social media websites and services through Cycle House (such as Facebook, Instagram and YouTube). When you do so, you are sharing information with those sites, and the information you share is governed by their privacy policies.

Please consider who you choose to share your information with, as people can see your activity on our products and services. When you share a post or send a message to specific friends or accounts, they can download, screenshot, or re-share such content to others. When you comment on someone else's post or react to their content, your comment or reaction will likewise be visible to anyone who can see the other person's content, and that person can later change their audience.

If the Personal Information was provided by a minor or one who is not legally capable of entering into contractual transactions without parental or guardian consent, the parent or guardian shall be responsible in giving the consent required under this Data Privacy Policy and in correcting any information given or in informing us that the information should be disregarded or deleted.

If you provide us or our service providers with Personal Information of other people in connection with the services we offer, you hereby represent that you have the authority to do so and have secured consent to permit us to use the information in accordance with this Data Privacy Policy.

PROCESSING OF INFORMATION BY THIRD-PARTY AND LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES

This Data Privacy Policy shall not apply to third-party service providers and to other websites which have white label link to our Sites. The processing of your Personal Information in the third party’s Sites is subject to their respective Data Privacy Policy. In no event will the Company be responsible for the information these third parties will collect and process, neither will the Company be liable for any loss, damage or injury arising out of or in connection with the use of or reliance on such third party.

Some of the Personal Information we collect is shared with our service partners who are directly involved in fulfilling the purchases you have made from us. We only provide our service providers with your name and your local contact details, if you provide them.  We do not provide our service providers with any other Personal Information. Our products are made available through our third-party distribution partners and suppliers. Our distribution partners and suppliers may have privacy policies that differ from Zyklus´ Privacy Policy.

You should also be aware that some products or services and some of our distribution partners may need additional Personal or Other Information. You should read and rely upon the relevant supplier's or partner's Privacy Policy only (and not Zyklus' Privacy Policy) if Zyklus does not collect this information from you directly.

The Website contains links to other sites and when clicking on a link, it is encouraged that you review its privacy policy and decide based on the information provided.

SECURITY AND STORAGE MEASURES

We have established appropriate physical, technical, and organizational security measures to protect the Personal Information provided to us. We use several security techniques including secure servers, firewalls, and encryption in safeguarding the storage of data. Personal Information is encrypted as it travels over the internet because we use a Security Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol. These safeguards are regularly reviewed to protect against unauthorized access, disclosure and improper use of your information, and to maintain the accuracy and integrity of the data. RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECT

Kindy note that when you request for the deletion of your account, we delete things you have posted, such as your photos and status updates, and you won't be able to recover that information later. Information that others have shared about you is not considered part of your account and won't be deleted. 

Please note that, in certain circumstances, we will not be able to delete your Personal Data without also deleting your user account. We may be required to retain some of your Personal Data after you have requested deletion, to satisfy our legal or contractual rights and/or obligations. We may also be permitted by applicable laws to retain some of your Personal Data to satisfy our business needs. 

Where available, our Websites have a dedicated feature through which you can review and edit the Personal Data that you have provided. Please note that we require our registered consumers to verify their identity (e.g. login ID/email address, password) before they can access or make changes to their account information.
